I wanted to create a portrait of my daughter that captured her personality, emotions and spirit. I decided to paint her in a watercolor style because I love the transparency and luminous quality of the medium. I also wanted to try something new, so I overlay elements for the first time to enhance the detail. After many attempts, I finally came up with this final version.
